Before purchasing a DTF printer, please make sure you have researched and understand the time commitment, maintenance requirements and software needed. DTF is not cheap and is still a relatively new process.

If I could leave a million stars I absolutely would. Before purchasing I messaged Oscar with a ton of questions. He dedicated his time to answer each question honestly and thoroughly. He messaged me from the time I placed my order until the shipment arrived with updates. Upon receiving my order he has spent HOURS on the phone with me helping me understand the maintenance process, the curing process and adjusting my settings based on my needs. My press was not up to par and he spent the time to walk me through adjustments I can do until I get a new once which he absolutely did not have to do. For anyone who leaves a negative review I truly do not believe it would fall to blame on the shop but more self error. Oscar has dedicated so much time to get me up and running and helping me understand going above and beyond. 5+ stars
